Quick Weight Loss Chocolate Avacado Smoothie

Here’s a tasty and healthy alternative to match your chocolate cravings while keeping your weight in    check. It’s a simple recipe with tons of nutrients and fibre to keep you full until the next meal.


Fast Weight loss Chocolate Avacado SMoothie

Makes – 2 servings


Small Bananas – 2 nos. or Big – 1/2 banana (make sure they are ripe)

Avacado – 1 whole

Cocoa powder – 2 tbsps

Basil seeds/ Sabja/ Chia seeds – 1 tsp (I prefer basil to keep the cost low)

Flaxseeds powder – 1 tsp

Walnuts – 3 nos.

Maple Syrup / Raw sugar – 1 tsp

Milk – 2 cups

Ice for blending


Blenderise all the above ingredients with ice until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy it. You can have it anytime of the day. Such a fun and easy way to have your chocolate dose without any guilt inovlved. You can make it your daily breakfast regime and ditch your morning milo and coffee which leave you feeling more drained after consumption. You can also top this smoothie with some low sugar cereals. That’s how I start my day. It really keeps me full and kills my cravings to none.
